Who we work with

Our main clients include major home building companies, other Master Builders and niche market home builders.

With the changing requirements of the home owner market, we are seeing an increase in renovations and are working with builders who specialize in renovations. Multi unit living, such as lifestyle and retirement villages, are becoming very popular and we are able to service this market as well.

We work closely with builders to assist them in delivering their projects on time and on budget, whilst maintaining high quality workmanship.

What we do

We specialize in building and installing kitchens, al fresco kitchens, laundries, vanities and wardrobes across a wide range of building types.

Our previous projects include:

  • Residential homes
  • Retirement villages
  • Townhouse developments
  • Lifestyle villages
  • Renovations

The Process

Due to our extensive experience in building and installing kitchens, bathrooms and other cabinetry for large projects and multi unit dwellings, we are able to customise each kitchen and cabinets to suit the needs of the individual owner.

We like to work with our clients, rather than for them, as every project is an exciting creation for us.  Our process includes the following:

Planning

During the design phase, we are available to consult on colour choices and customize design together with the clients at our showroom in Warana, as we are up to date with the latest design trends and 3D technology.

After the quotation has been accepted, we will undertake a site inspection and measure, prior to production.

Production

Our products are proudly Australian made by our experienced cabinetmakers, who collectively have over 100 years of experience.

Our factory is equipped with the latest, state of the art technology and ensures consistency in quality and accuracy.

We use only moisture resistant materials and Hettich hardware.

All cabinetry is constructed with 16mm solid backs and all our cabinets are screwed together, not nailed.

Installation

We assign one project manager for each build who supplies regular updates of the project progress and carries out the final quality assurance inspection after installation, prior to handover. The project manager can also be available for onsite meetings.

Cabinets can be installed in one day.

Aftercare

We are available to undertake any required maintenance within 12 months of installation.

Warranties

All our products carry the 12 month manufacturer’s warranty and our hardware carries a lifetime warranty.

Kitchens

A kitchen should be functional and reflect the needs of the individual home owner. When designing your kitchen consider the efficiency of movement in this space, with the optimal placement of your electrical points and appliances as well as maximizing your storage options.

If you are planning on installing a French door fridge, consider the depth of the walls and ensure that the fridge drawer will be able to be pulled out.

Mounting sensor sensitive LED lighting to the under side of the overhead cupboards or breakfast bar is a great way of saving on your energy bill and conserving the environment.

Al Fresco

With our glorious Queensland weather, the outdoors entertainment area has become an extension of the kitchen. Consider the flow of your food preparation and entertainment requirements to ensure you have the maximum use of this area.

Be mindful of the effects of the elements on your furniture and fittings.

Vanities

Following the kitchen, your bathroom will probably be the most used area in the home.

If you want to maximize the storage in the vanities, you could opt for an above counter basin, as opposed to a sunken basin.

Wardrobes

You can continue the colour and design theme of your house right through to your wardrobes. Wardrobes no longer have to be constructed with white board only.

Ensure you have adequate lighting in your wardrobes and add a skylight or window where possible. If your wardrobes are next to your bathroom, consider adding an extractor fan.

Laundry

When designing the laundry, make provision for a hanging rod as part of cabinetry. This will come in handy for hanging up freshly ironed clothing or space to hang damp clothing on a rainy day.
